Jammat-e-Islami Protests Against Possible Restoration of NATO Supplies
QUETTA: The Jamaat-e- Islami (JI) Balochistan chapter held a demonstration to protest the possible restoration of Nato supplies which has been stopped by Pakistan after an attack on Salala Check-post in Mohmand Agency last year which resulted in killing 14 lives of security personnel.
The demo was held on Friday at Meezan Chowk on the call of JI Amir Syed Munawar Hassan. The protestors shouted anti-US slogans demanding for not restoration of Nato supplies
Amir JI Quetta Abdul Kabir Shakir, Labour leader Abdul Rahim, Mir Dad Khel and others said “Go America Go” movement launched by JI is need of the hour against US slavery and hegemony. “Those who are restoring supply to Nato and enemies of Muslim are traitors of the country,” they alleged and regretted so called clamant of democracy were continuing negative policies of former dictatorial regime.
They said Country was gripped by enemies from all around while rulers were busy in saving their rule and plundering national kitty.
Protest rallies condemning possible restoration of Nato supplies were also held some other towns of Balochistan.
