Two Rockets Fired on Mand Telephone Exchange
MAND, TURBAT: At least two rockets were fired on a telephone exchange administered by the Pakistan Telecommunication Limited (PTCL) in Pak-Iran border town of Mand in Turbat District on Monday, authorities said.
The attack was carried out by unidentified persons who managed to escape after firing two rockets. Local sources said the rockets fell in the open air and did not cause any damage to public life or the official infrastructure. Local law enforcement personnel retaliated soon after hearing the bang caused by the rocket attacks but the attackers had fled by that time.
Official said they were further investigating the attack. No group has accepted responsibility for the incident.
